Terms of use for the site and services
By using the Sanadkm Technology website or engaging any of our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Last updated: August 2026
1. Definitions
"The Company" or "we" means Sanadkm Technology. "The Client" or "you" means the person or entity using the site or engaging our services. "Services" means the development, design, consulting and technical support work we provide.
2. Use of the website
- Site content is provided to introduce our services and does not by itself constitute a binding offer.
- The site may not be used in any way that breaches the law or harms its operation or the security of its users.
- We reserve the right to amend site content or suspend it temporarily for maintenance without prior notice.
3. Quotes and engagement
- A quote is issued once requirements are understood, and is valid for the period stated in it.
- Project delivery begins after written approval of the quote and payment of the agreed first instalment.
- Any request outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and requires your written approval before we build it.
4. Client obligations
- Providing the content, data and access we need, at the agreed time.
- Nominating one authorised representative for communication and sign-off.
- Reviewing each delivery milestone and giving feedback within the period stated in the contract.
- Delays in any of the above may extend the project timeline.
5. Payment
Project value and instalments are set out in the approved quote. Prices are in Saudi Riyals and VAT is added as required by law. Prices exclude third-party fees (domains, hosting, licences, payment gateways) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
6. Intellectual property
- Once the project is paid in full, ownership of the source code, designs and content produced specifically for your project transfers to you.
- Open-source or third-party licensed libraries and tools remain subject to their original licences.
- The Company may reference the project in its portfolio for identification purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.
7. Warranty and support
Every project includes a warranty period defined in the contract, during which software defects within the delivered scope are fixed at no cost. The warranty excludes new changes, faults caused by third-party intervention in the system, or by external services we do not manage.
8. Limitation of liability
We apply due professional care in delivering the Services. The Company is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit arising from use of the systems, and its total liability shall not, in any case, exceed the amounts actually paid for the service in dispute.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with prior written notice as set out in the contract. On termination, work completed to that date is valued and its deliverables are handed to the Client once the corresponding amounts are settled.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
